Injuries
Johan Rojas60-Day-IL
Rojas (suspension) underwent surgery Friday to repair the UCL in his right elbow and will face an expected recovery timeline of 6-to-8 months, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
More detail
Rojas remains on the restricted list while he serves an 80-game suspension stemming from a positive test for performance-enhancing drugs, but once the ban is lifted Thursday, he's expected to revert to the Phillies' injured list. The 25-year-old outfielder sustained the elbow injury earlier this month while ramping up his baseball activities in anticipation of his return from suspension. The Phillies expect Rojas will be ready to go for the start of the 2026 season, though it's possible that he'll head into spring training under some restrictions with his hitting and throwing.
Adolis Garcia60-Day-IL
The Phillies announced that Garcia underwent successful surgery Wednesday to repair a torn right lat, Lochlahn March of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
More detail
Garcia will face a 6-to-8-month recovery from surgery, which will keep him out for the remainder of the season but give him a good chance at being cleared ahead of spring training in 2027. The 33-year-old is set to become a free agent this winter after he slashed .195/.270/.329 with seven home runs, three stolen bases, 21 RBI and 21 runs over 67 games during his lone season with Philadelphia.
Liover PegueroDay-To-Day
The Phillies reassigned Peguero to minor-league camp Sunday.
More detail
Peguero is expected to open the season at Triple-A Lehigh Valley after falling short in his bid for a utility spot on the Phillies' Opening Day roster. The 25-year-old went just 6-for-42 (.143 average) over 17 Grapefruit League games.

Brad Keller15-Day-IL
Keller picked up the save Wednesday against the Athletics, allowing no runs on one hit and two walks in the ninth inning. He struck out one.
More detail
Closer Jhoan Duran was shaky in his return from the injured list Tuesday, allowing one run in the ninth frame versus the A's, and he was presumably unavailable to work back-to-back days. Keller let the possible tying run get aboard, but he was able to strand the bases loaded for a scoreless outing. The right-hander has converted all three of his save chances while posting a 4.02 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 16:6 K:BB over 15.2 innings, but he'll likely revert back to a setup role once Duran is fully back up to speed.

Daniel RobertDay-To-Day
Robert suffered a cardiac incident Sunday while preparing to throw a bullpen session and was taken to a local hospital, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.
More detail
Medical personnel administered a defibrillator, and Robert is said to be stable and alert following his hospitalization. The right-hander hadn't appeared in any Grapefruit League games this spring after a cardiovascular issue was detected in his medical exams prior to the start of camp. In the wake of Robert experiencing another cardiac-related emergency Sunday, the Phillies are likely to proceed even more cautiously with his return to baseball activities.
Mark KolozsvaryDay-To-Day
Kolozsvary (undisclosed) agreed to a minor-league contract with the Phillies on Friday that includes an invitation to spring training, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.
More detail
Kolozsvary appeared in just 30 games between Double-A Portland and Triple-A Worcester in the Red Sox organization in 2025 before landing on the full-season injured list in June. The Phillies don't have a clear replacement for free agent J.T. Realmuto behind the plate, but regardless the 30-year-old Kolozsvary hasn't made an appearance in the majors since 2022 and should be viewed as a long shot to break camp.
