Injuries
Chase DeLauter10-Day-IL
Guardians manager Stephen Vogt said Monday that the team hopes DeLauter (rib) will be ready to return during its June 26-July 5 homestand, Tim Stebbins of MLB.com reports.
More detail
Working his way back from a small fracture in his right rib cage, DeLauter has resumed hitting, running and throwing. Vogt does not have a specific target date for DeLauter's activation from the 10-day injured list, but it seems it could happen as soon as this weekend.

Jose Ramirez10-Day-IL
Ramirez underwent surgery to address the hamate bone fracture in his left hand Tuesday and is expected to be sidelined 5-to-7 weeks, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.
More detail
The veteran third baseman sustained the injury over the weekend against the Tigers and will now be sidelined through the All-Star break. Ramirez hasn't produced as his usual self this season with just 10 homers and a .757 OPS through 72 games this year, though his 24 stolen bases did put him on pace for a career high, at least, prior to the injury.
Angel Martinez10-Day-IL
Martinez (foot) will be placed on the 10-day injured list Tuesday, reports Cade Cracas of Sports Illustrated.
More detail
After suffering a left foot bruise on Saturday and sitting out Sunday's matinee, the Guardians will officially place Martinez on the 10-day IL. Prior to his injury, Martinez batted .239/.276/.442 with 11 homers and 33 RBI this season. Petey Halpin was recalled from Triple-A Columbus to take Martinez's spot on the active roster.
Carlos HernandezDay-To-Day
Hernandez (shoulder) began his rehab assignment with Triple-A Omaha on Friday.
More detail
Omaha's game Friday was rained out, but Hernandez should be expected to make a few rehab outings with the club over the next few weeks as he looks to get up to speed. The right-hander missed all of spring training due to a right shoulder impingement.
